Our first foray into dinnerware is now available exclusively at Anthropologie and we are super excited with the finished results! The original art used for these designs was created by combining multiple layers of very colorful block-printed pattern so production was a bit of a challenge because the colors on the first samples were completely off. This was one of those times when we were happy Anthropologie was coordinating all the production. After several missfires and changing the production to a factory in Japan, our PATCH NYC plates are finally in stores and the colors look fantastic! These pieces would look great combined with simple white ceramics or mixed with eclectic vintage serving pieces. They would also look beautiful hung in a grouping of five or more like a large scale piece of art or in a long vertical row on a narrow wall. Of course, since our walls are, well, quite full at the moment (see past Elle Decor and Readymade posts) we’ll be putting these plates to use at our next dinner party! Pick up your plates here!
