Since 1858, the famed Biscottificio Antonio Mattei of Prato in Tuscany, Italy has not altered their world-renowned original family recipe or relaxed their rigorous standards of production. Made from five simple ingredients, these wonderfully crisp and delicious biscotti cookies (or cantucci/cantuccini) are the quintessential, authentic Tuscan treat.
This special edition green tin box is designed by Florentine illustrators Simone Massoni & Ilaria Falorsi who were inspired by a the iconic monuments of Tuscany and the storefront of the original Biscottificio Antonio Mattei on Via Ricasoli, in the heart of the old city of Prato. The beautiful green color is a nod to the lush Tuscan countryside.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, pine nuts.
