Antoinette Poisson Papier Dominote D28a Marcel

Regular price $165.00
Inspired by 18th Century decorative arts and production techniques, Antoinette Poisson produces exquisite printed papers and fabrics from an atelier in Paris. The design house is named for Louis XV's favorite mistress, the marquise de Pompadour, a patron of the arts and wallpaper enthusiast.
This design was inspired by the unpublished reissue of "Un Amour de Swann" by Gallimard. Following traditional production techniques, the black ink is printed using a metal plate and the colors are applied entirely by hand so variations will occur. Artisanal paper. 18" high x 14" wide. Unframed. Made in Paris.
