Refund policy

Returns of most items are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods excluding vintage items, sale/reduced price items, holiday items and one-of-a-kind items. Returns should be shipped via UPS or FedEx to insure delivery. PATCH NYC is not responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging with all tags attached. In the case of fragrance items such as incense or candles, original packaging must be unopened and in perfect condition with any seals intact and unaltered. Shipping/ handling charges are non-refundable & PATCH NYC is not responsible for lost return shipments. Refunds are issued as soon as returned merchandise is received. Please note that refunds are issued back to the original credit card used and it may take 1 billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Vintage, sale, holiday and one-of-a-kind merchandise are final sale as stated in the item description.
