Shipping policy

PATCH NYC ships to domestic (USA) destinations using UPS and USPS.  We do not ship to international destinations at this time.  Shipping rates are calculated at check out.  For orders of $100 or more (excluding special order items), we offer free ground shipping within the contiguous USA. We generally pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days from when the order is received.  We take great care to pack orders thoughtfully and securely.  Any special requests for gift wrapping may be indicated in the "Special Instructions" box during check out.  Once an order is packed and a shipping label is processed, an email with tracking information is automatically generated so that customers can follow the progress of their package and anticipate delivery.  We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority from Massachusetts so transit times are generally 1-2 days for the East Coast, 3-4 days for southern and mid-country states and up to 5 days for the West Coast.  Once UPS and USPS tracking shows that a package is "delivered" it is no longer in the care of UPS or USPS and, therefore, covered by insurance.  PATCH NYC is not responsible for missing or stolen packages so please only use secure addresses for delivery and be sure to follow the tracking of your order.
