Vintage Aesthetic Movement Ceramic Pitcher with Two Birds in a Landscape

PATCH NYC founders Don and John love to visit vintage markets whenever they travel and we are pleased to offer a selection of their special finds. 

Here, an exceptional example of aesthetic movement design: this ceramic pitcher features a central motif of two birds in a landscape with architectural elements in the background repeated on both sides.  There is a top border of leaves and more birds as well as decorative elements on the interior rim and the handle.  We especially love the color palette of rust with metallic grays and the rather contemporary shape of the handle. 

Ceramic. About 7.25" tall x 5.75" wide x 5.5" deep.  No bottom maker's mark. Sold individually.
