Don Carney Pair of Blue Eyes Art Prints in Vintage Etched Wood Frames

We are very pleased to offer this pair of fine art prints from an original watercolor painting by PATCH NYC co-founder Don Carney. 

For over 15 years, Don's mother Carmella created nearly 100 varieties of needlepoint eyes that we finished with vintage frames and sold to collectors around the world.  As an homage to Carmella's needlepoint creations, Don painted this eye in his meticulously detailed style using watercolors on a textured paper. The Eye as a design motif has been part of PATCH NYC since our early days so we are very pleased to offer this update of one of our favorite subjects.

Printed on an archival matte paper, these high quality art prints are offered here in a pair of vintage oval frames.  It's not often that we find a pair of matching vintage frames so we are excited to add these eyes to our selection. Hanging wire installed on the back. 

Frame dimensions about 7"h x 9"w. Art about 3.25"h x 5.25"w.  Printed and framed with care in the U.S.A. Sold as a pair.
