What do vintage Italian sunglasses, classic western wear and a 1927 Schiaparelli bow intarsia sweater have in common? They were all part of the inspiration behind our first collection of hand-beaded Lariat Necklaces!
With the lariat design of these hand-beaded necklaces, we thought about traditional western wear neckerchiefs and bolos as well as Elsa Schiaparelli's classic 1927 intarsia sweater featuring a trompe l'oiel bowtie rendered in black and white. We wanted the essence of a classic ribbon bow but much more understated and refined as a balanced counterpoint to the colorful glass beads.
Handmade from opaque Czech glass beads strung on a sturdy poly cord.
About 26" with a 1.75" drop. Sold individually.
