Vintage Big and Little Red Metal Toy Phones (Pair)

PATCH NYC founders Don and John love to visit vintage markets whenever they travel and we are pleased to offer a selection of their special finds. 

Here, a pair of metal toy phones in a surprisingly similar shape and shade of red, one big and one small. We think the fantastic red color and sculptural forms make these a terrific pair of decorative pieces.  The small phone is an original "Tootsie Toy" (circa 1930's) and it is stamped on the bottom.  We are partial to the big phone with it's wonderful green colored dial and patterned cord.  Added bonus: the metal bell inside still trills when the dial is turned.  While these telephones were created as toys, we do not recommend them for small children.

Metal.  Big phone measures about 3.25"h x 7.5"w x 425" d.  Small phone measures about 1.25"h x 2"w x 1"d. Sold as a pair.
