Vintage School Boy Teapot and Cups, 5 Piece Set, Made in Japan

PATCH NYC founders Don and John love to visit vintage markets whenever they travel and we are pleased to offer a selection of their special finds. 

Here is a true rare find: a ceramic figural school boy teapot with four coordinating cups.  Made in Japan, this charming set was designed with an educational theme.  The book propped on the boy's lap and each of the four cups features vocabulary words and math equations.  The coordinating cups also feature an image of the schoolboy teapot.  The small sitting dog is the spout and the boy's school cap is the lid to the teapot.  This is such an exceptional set!

Ceramic. Teapot measures about 7" tall x 6" wide x 5.25" deep.  Cups measure about 2.75" tall x 2.75" diameter. Made in Japan.
