When we started PATCH NYC years ago, there were a handful of trim shops scattered throughout the Garment District in New York. We would frequent them often in search of vintage buttons, ribbons and trims to use in our designs and we would marvel at the beautiful craftsmanship of those unique treasures.
It's not often that we find any quantity of vintage trim so we are very excited to offer here a strawberry cluster finished with a mother-of-pearl button and ribbon. These still have the original paper tags printed Made in Germany and stamped USSR Occupied which dates them between 1945-49.
About 4.5" x 3.5" overall. Sold individually.
Please note: These vintage pieces will have small, non-structural imperfections in the finish or surface due to age but we think this adds to the vintage charm and character.
